- Specialist Treasury Cam & Caribbean- Gestionar la tesorería de la empresa: realizar pagos a proveedores, manejar la relacion con los bancos, preparar el flujo de caja, gestionar las conciliaciones, todo con el fin de garantizar el efectivo y la liquidez para cumplir con las obligaciones de la compañía a nível Sub regional.- 1.Principales Actividades del puesto.- 1.
Comprender, gestionar y supervisar todos los aspectos del flujo de caja, preparar el análisis de la exposición del riesgo, pagar las interempresas de acuerdo con la política de UPL, evaluar los puntos de partida del rendimiento y recomendar cambios cuando sea necesario.- 2.
Liderar y gestionar el proceso de pagos de la empresa.- 3.
Construir relaciones con los bancos, proveedores, proveedores de servicios y equipo interno, con el fin de asegurar una excelente relación comercial y de largo plazo.- 4- Es responsable de la automatización de los procesos de Tesoreria.- 5- Supervisar los procesos del personal a su cargo- 6.
Desarrollar, implementar y mantener los sistemas, procedimientos y políticas, incluyendo funciones de cuentas por pagar para asegurar un estricto control de las directrices de la compañía.
