Descripción del empleo
- Completar actividades contables de acuerdo con los indicadores de operación definidos en el departamento y la organización.
- Coordinar con las agencias y departamentos financieros el registro de transacciones contables necesarias para reportar en HFM los estados financieros
- Brindar servicio al cliente respondiendo y resolviendo preguntas ad-hoc que requieren investigación; colaborar con los clientes para escalar consultas y proporcionar actualizaciones a líderes.
Preparar y proporcionar datos para clientes.
- Apoyar en el proceso de auditorías internas, FMC y externas, manteniendo los controles de los procedimientos operativos completos y correctos, así como brindando la información solicitada.
- Preparar conciliaciones cuentas de balance general.
Dar seguimiento a las partidas de conciliación y al aging para que no existan diferencias mayores a 30 días sin una justificación apropiada.
- Preparar y revisar entradas contables según se requiera
- Identificar oportunidades de optimización y mejora continua de los procesos relacionados con el departamento para establecer nuevas estrategias y aplicar mejores prácticas
- Preparar documentación de procesos
- Participar en proyectos especiales y otras iniciativas requeridas por la organización.
Requisitos**
Educacion formal**: Bachillerato en Finanzas o contaduría preferiblemente.
**Experiência**: 3-5 años experiência en puestos contables
**Excel**: Intermedio
**Other Tools**:SAP Avanzado y prácticas contables IFRS/USGAAP, blacklne, HFM
**Languages**:Avanzado (B2+)
