We are currently seeking a Enterprise Automation Project Manager to join our team in San Jose, Heredia (CR-H), Costa Rica (CR).
Responsibilities - Partner with business representatives to assess processes and identify use cases for automation, analytics and AI - Develop business cases based on cost, impact, and schedule - Finalize scope and success criteria based on business case - Partner with technical team to drive development and implementation of use cases - Stand up business teams to drive adoption of 'automation first lifestyle' - Manage and track project execution across multiple teams to ensure successful, high-quality, on-time delivery - Identify and understand bottlenecks in the system and effectively tackle, including making and communicating tradeoffs - Anticipate, recognize, and work through risks, resistance or setbacks which impact project execution - Use technical judgement to drive strategic alignment and project delivery - Develop project plans and schedules covering all phases of the project lifecycle - Communicate clearly and regularly to stakeholders and audiences in a variety of ways - Provide thought leadership and a continuous improvement mindset to methodically work through problems/challenges Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in implementing large transformation projects delivering strong business outcomes for clients and shareholders - Ambassador of change, modernizing and standardizing platforms, driving out cost, improving client satisfaction and improving system reliability through lean process improvement, business analytics and technology automation - Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external communities, including executives, consulting resources, technical teams, and sales representatives - Relentless passion and persistence and a focus on meeting commitments - Self-driven and highly motivated work ethic - Strategic agility and ability to deal with uncertainty and high levels of ambiguity - Advanced priority-setting skills as they relate to setting strategic direction for the group - Advanced negotiation skills when interacting with internal organization and 3rd parties - Expert project management skills
