**Responsibilities**:
Drive requirements and translate to functional specifications for design and development
Prioritize and manage backlog for effective release
Build, design, modify and optimize web pages/sites for evolving business needs.
Maintain communication with team members and supervisors concerning the direction of the Wiki.
Perform routine site audits, as well as ongoing maintenance, on an as-needed basis.
Develop and maintain code to ensure site functionality, implementing feature enhancements as identified
Define quality standards for all pages, content and accountable for project delivery
Ensure Content Owners, Editors, and Developers understand quality expectations
Review page content and ensure it meets quality standards as defined by Style Guide and request requirements
Ensure new features / workflows meet requirements (UAT) and are functional in production environment
Drive page launches including working with global communications team, executives, and other product management team members
Monitor site usage through GREF Hub Analytics Dashboard and answer stakeholder questions
Ensure all audits and activities are baselined so progress and impact can be reported against action taken
Improve customer facing processes
Execute objectives of the roadmap
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
**Requirements**:
High attention to details, strong interpersonal skills, a natural collaborator, proactive, and always congenial with coworkers, clients, leaders, and customers alike
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Solution-oriented and high-level programming skill
Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills
Ability to remain highly-effective in a remote and global environment while demonstrating cultural sensitivity and a willingness to work outside of normal business hours when necessary
The passion and determination to turn ideas and visualizations into finished products
Solid organizational and time management skills, extremely detail-oriented, and a capacity to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English is required
Must have HTML and CSS programming experience
Experience in building, creating, and designing websites or landing pages like xWiki open-source platform is a required
Previous experience in web development or other related fields is preferred
A bachelor's degree in business, Science or Arts is preferred
