Cash Market Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Technology, Operations and Coverage teams to drive timely, cost effective and high-quality Delivery of strategically aligned product solutions
- Partner with Finance to evaluate investments in product development, and monitor and control billing/revenue, expenditure, and benefits realization
- Work closely with global and regional product teams to develop and refine the strategy of product solutions, go to market approach, and Delivery model.
- Work with product control functions to ensure that all relevant documentation (eg product Approval Program) and processes are strictly adhered to and part of the management fabric of the product business
- Coordinate planning and other related activities for launching of new capabilities and functionalities across Technology, Operations, implementations, and regional teams
- Work closely with the coverage teams, and core product teams to ensure that demands of the White-Label clients are well understood
- develop an action plan to address VOC (Voice of the Client) feedback.
Partner with cross-functional and coverage teams to execute
- Invest time to keep track of Competition, market Trends, new Technologies

**Qualifications**:

- 6-10 years of relevant experience in electronic banking channels with good knowledge of corporate banking practices in the cash management space; Exposure to and understanding of business analysis, data and system analysis
- Demonstrated ability to self-direct work efforts, meet deadlines, take initiative, and produce consistent high-quality work; Willingness to be a direct contributor and ability to multi-task

**Education**:

- Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

The Costa Rica Cash Management Market Manager is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and execute the initiatives to deliver the financial plan, VOC, risks & control and VOE key metrics, in the country.
The position is the owner of the P&L of all the Cash Management products,

The role requires a professional with a high level of versatility, given that must manage complex deliverables in multiple business areas (P&L, Sales, Operations, Service, Product Developments, Risks & Controls).
Additionally, Cash Management involves complex products, such as Payments, Receivables, Digital Channels, Liquidity Management Services and Commercial Cards.
At the same, this role oversees Cash Management business in the country

Has constant interaction with multiple functional areas within the country and in the region, to ensure smooth E2E functioning operation and servicing with a high demand of development requirements to keep up, enhance and support regulatory, compliance, and business growth.
Consequently, manages an effective partnership with CCA TTS Product Teams, Country and Cluster In-business Risk & Control, Central American TTS Ops, Latam Implementation Hub, CitiService / Electronic Banking Support Hub, ASO Hub, Central American TTS Sales and BCMA teams to ensure proper and timely execution of tactical and strategic initiatives, as well as support deals execution.
Works with CCA Product Development and CCA Technology teams in coordination with the CA Market manager to ensure Investment Spend and Project Prioritization reflects countries needs to provide product/capability superiority and standardization in local markets.
Regional point of contact for quicker resolution of issues in the country in terms of Cash Management products, including client engagement as required.
Costa Rica hosts and important number of Share Service Center of important global names as Amazon, Intel, Kimberly Clark, P&G among others, the interaction with these group of customers requires a senior market manager able to drive strategy and support sales in the BAU operation
