RequirementsWho You Are:You're a seasoned front-end expert with a passion for innovation, a sharp eye for detail, and a drive to solve complex challenges: Proven Track Record: 6+ years of experience in front-end development with expert knowledge of React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Architectural Visionary: Extensive experience with modern front-end architecture and state management tools like Redux.
Scalability Mindset: Demonstrated ability to architect and build scalable UI components and front-end systems for high-growth applications.
Problem Solver: Exceptional debugging and performance optimization skills with a knack for overcoming complex technical challenges.
AI-Enhanced Workflow: Experience using AI tools like Cursor or similar to boost productivity, enhance code quality, and streamline development workflows.
Leader and Collaborator: Strong leadership abilities with exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to cross-functional collaboration.
Bonus Points Experience with Material-UI, Next.js, micro frontends, or contributing to open-source projects.
Expertise in building design systems and reusable component libraries.
