The Project Management is a seasoned professional role.
Is as a crucial role of the technology team in GTFS Full Suite Costa Rica, which is led to overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
This role requires familiarity with PTS which manages all aspects of project, resource, milestone and budget related to Finance BoW.
With consideration for the range of activities occurring under the development process, the Project Manager will work to standardize, transform, and coordinate processes through the transformation initiative working closely with stakeholders from various Finance and FRS business partners including Controllers organization, Business Simplification Group, FRSS across all regions

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinates activities of the project team, identifies necessary resources and develops schedules in consultation with project manager to meet completion deadlines.
Verifies project team adherence to control and risk implementations as well as standards and process changes.
Determines scope and impact of project risks and issues; raises and resolves issues.

Manage the PTS for the multiple projects
Applies good understanding of concepts and procedures within own IT project leadership area to resolve issues.
Coordinate the process of project releases into production
Perform complex end-to-end current states assessments for strategic projects.
Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them.
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Identify potential strategic initiatives and business transformational opportunities, analyze them to determine financial and strategic impact.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and business users.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion.
Coordinate, review and analyze project tracking documents to ensure the correct track of the development projects in scope.
Collaborate with other process engineers and relevant Citi functions to assess improvement, digital and automation solutions.
Lead presentation to the project groups to inform about benefit analysis status/outcomes and propose improvement recommendations.
Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards negotiating with external parties when necessary.
**Qualifications**:
5-8 years experience in an IT project leadership role
IT PMO experience with managing multiple projects in parallel.
Good experience on managing PTS
Great analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.
In-depth understanding of how Finance and FRSS areas collectively integrate within the sub-function.
Process oriented; able to analyze current processes, suggest and define improvements, to analyze raw data and draw conclusions.
Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.
Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment and work under tight deadlines.
Stakeholder and people management experience
Demonstrated leadership skills
Proven project management skills
Basic knowledge of industry practices and standards
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Scrum Master certification
Proficient in MS office tools eg excel, powerpoint
Good Spoken and Written English

**Education**:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
