Be a part of Intel's Xe Architecture and Engineering Team and be at the center of defining and designing future integrated and discrete graphics products for use in Client and Datacenter markets.
We are looking for a GPU Performance Validation Engineer to develop performance tests to measure key Architectural metrics across the Graphics IPs.
These tests are crucial in measuring the accuracy of our graphics performance simulators, RTL/emulation models, and silicon; and help identify unexpected bottlenecks in our HW IPs and SW/Driver.This role may provide flexibility with work schedule and location (on site or virtual).
**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Development, Delivery, and Execution of Performance Test Content.
- Accurate measurement and post-processing of key performance statistics across multiple environments.
- Development of automated triage scripts to assist in performance bottleneck analysis.
- Working with Architecture/Design teams to debug and resolve any performance test failures.
- Creation of detailed indicator charts showing current health and long-term trends of our models.

**Qualifications**

You must possess the below**minimum qualifications**to be initially considered for this position:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or related field of study.
- 3+ years of experience in the following (experience may be offset by additional years of education):

- Computer architecture concepts.
- Programming skills: C++ and Python.
- Skills with data analysis, debugging and problem-solving.
- Advanced English level.
- Graphics Architecture.
- Performance modeling and validation.
