**Description**

The M365 Developer should have experience developing and customizing solutions built on SharePoint/M365 components.
Should have worked on end-to-end Implementation projects on O365 platform.
Overall, the Developer should have extremely strong technical abilities, a sound understanding of O365/SharePoint/PowerPlatform capability, and experience in governance and management of the tool.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a developer using SharePoint online and other M365 tools.
Fluency of the English language (verbal and written).
Design/Develop/Document solutions for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint using Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) and SPfx.
- Develop and troubleshoot on SharePoint (On-prem and SharePoint Online).
- Interact with project team to deliver solutions based upon gathered requirements.
- Provide technical assistance in system maintenance, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, monitoring performance measures, change management in a multi-platform environment.
- Strong practical experience in the use of PowerShell
- Hands-on experience with Azure logic Apps.
- Solid understanding on security and governance, permissions, external sharing of Modern SharePoint Online (O365 group connected Sites/OOTB Team sites)
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to be flexible, resourceful, organized and work in a fast-paced business environment.
- Task ownership and ability to work within deadlines / timelines and budgets.
- Ability to grasp modern technology quickly.
- Should have experience identifying process gaps and provide information/resolution to resolve those.
- Should have the mindset of automation and reducing manual effort.
**Preferred background**:

- 3+ years working in O365 SharePoint Environment
- Working experience with SPFx and React.
- Working experience with Microsoft (Office) 365 Suite.
- Working experience with Microsoft Teams.
- Working experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
- Experience with Developing solutions in Azure a plus.
- Scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Jelly) and Rest API experience preferred.
- Certified O365/SharePoint a plus.
