Join our global TUI Musement Team in Liberia Costa Rica as TL-Tour Guides.
Your mission will be to ensure that our Guides & Freelances provide engaging and relevant information to our guests during our tours, ensuring that our customers receive a unique and fascinating travel experience during our one day, shore excursions and Multi-day Tours.
You will be working closely with other Team Leaders from the Operation Department.
**This role is a local position.
Please ensure you already have the right to work in Costa Rica (Passport or Citizenship) **before **applying.
**
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Previous experience working with Tour Operator as Team Leader Tour Guide would be an advantage.
- Previous experience guiding One day excursions, Shore excursions, and Multiday Tours.
- Certified or Licensed as General Tour Guide by Costa Rica Tourism board would be an advantage.
- Tracking of service results measured by Customer services Questionnaires and taking needed actions to reach expected service targets.
- Internal tour guides daily excursion schedule, tour assignations, and control of their working daily hours.
- Fluent in Verbal and written **English**, an extra European language would be advantageous (French, German etc)
- Ability to work under pressure, and problem-solving decision-making.
- Driving license B-1 would be advantageous.
- Someone who never stops looking ahead, seeking new ways to delight customers.
**ABOUT YOU**
- An experienced individual in the tourism business.
Experience in a similar role or any administrative career background is advantageous.
- Microsoft Office knowledge and ease of technology are a must.
- A proactive professional with a clear focus on quality and efficiency.
Very organized, with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Easily adapts to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly learns a new skill
- Responsible, Customer service oriented.
