In this unique global role, you will be part of our cross-functional automation squad that delivers process automation solutions to our departments.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Close collaboration with Process Automation Analysts in understanding the functional and technical design.
- Developing and configuring automation processes to meet defined requirements.
- Developing new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
- Ensuring quality of coded components by performing thorough testing.
- Working collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.
- Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as well as problem-solving issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
**Role Requirements**
- 4-year bachelor's degree in computer science or any similar field
- Intermediate to advanced English Level.
- Experience with automating manual repetitive tasks using tools like BluePrism, UiPath, Power Automate, Python, Macros, AutoHotkey, or other automation tools.
- Experience translating and documenting usage of solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with diverse and global teams is a plus.
- Additional knowledge of programming through practical experience and/or your educational background would be considered a plus, especially C# and VB.Net.
