We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Project Manager to join our team:
**Location**: Heredia, Costa Rica.
**Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
**Work model**: Hybrid.
**Contract Type**: Indefinite-term
To provide support for cross-functional projects and programs that ensure this team provides tools, services and frameworks that support JLL Business Services.
What is your day to day?
Contributes to and tracks the progress of assigned projects and programs
Supports multiple projects and programs simultaneously
Engages with stakeholders to raise project and program risks and help design solutions
Works to understand OG impact on strategic goals and proposes ways to incorporate that into delivery of projects and programs
Participates in internal/ external meetings to understand priorities, issues, and changes to keep projects and programs on track
Utilizes current project management technology to develop and track plans; raises issues within initiatives to ensure smooth delivery
Provides project status reporting related to assigned initiatives
Monitors and reviews the progress and quality of project and program deliverables
To provide program management support for cross-functional projects and programs that ensure this team provides tools, services and frameworks that support JLL Business Services.
Desired experience and technical skills
Required
3-5 years managing projects and/ or programs
Bachelor's degree in a related field required
Relevant experience with Shared Services, BPO
Proven experience in project and/ or program management
Proven experience of working across multiple geographies
Demonstrated virtual team collaboration capabilities
Experience in managing change while delivering on client expectations
Preferred
Adaptability - Maintain effectiveness in varying environments, tasks and responsibilities, or with various types of people
Dealing with Ambiguity - Effectively cope with change by shifting gears comfortably, acting without having the total picture, and handling risk and uncertainty comfortably
