The Orthodontics Advisor III can comprehend and address the whole SDC product and business. Needs the knowledge and experience to have a deep and applicable understanding of the company, including how the system of the business achieves its goals and objectives. Incorporating a thorough understanding of the levers that create a valuable concepts or ideas to customers and it drives profitability, cash flow, and shareholder value. Meaning the ability to understand the impact of the decisions that he/she could make in the production, quality, sales, NPS, marketing, etc. This Orthodontists has a wider view. This view incorporates the entire industry, the consumer, internal and external customers, and the competition.

Also is a good positive leader; among his peers is known as a good professional that is always willing to help, coaching and support. Knows how to complement and leverage other team members. Has a positive, good attitude that impacts the people working with him/her and encourages discussion in a proper manner.

At last, it is their responsibility to lead clinical projects in the different areas that require it, working with engineers, technology experts and other specialists looking for new improved ways to help our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide floor support, helping Team Leads and Dentist solve cases.
- Monitor the “preassessment” queue, preventing the case from surpassing 2 days and continuing the normal flow, as well as monitoring the percentage of disqualifications.
- Review the treatment plans that are escalated and require approval, to offer the best possible treatment plan.
- Analyze all cases consulted to define whether they are treatable with our product. For this screening process the Orthodontic Advisor is responsible for deciding if the case can be proceeded in production with specific instructions, if it requires a Clearance prior to the aligner therapy (Periodontal, Mixed Dentition or Cavity) or if the case must be disqualified due to its complexity.
- Clinical Evaluation of Touch Ups, IC o MCT that requires direct communication with the customer, this means that the new Treatment Plan does have major changes comparing with the initial Treatment Plan, which are escalated for technicians, Team Leads or Dental Team.
- Provide clinical support to the different Teams, such as Sculpting, Setup, Case Categorization, Jiras, Photo Assessment, Customer Care, Dental Team, Quality, R&D, etc.
- Creation of clinical training materials for the continuous improvement programs and updating the existing ones.
- Training of all New Hires of the Setup team in the Clinical elements of each team member’s curricula, making sure questions are evacuated properly.
- Training of New Dentists in the Orthodontic Training Material, to provide them with the concepts and criteria necessary to perform their tasks.
- Clinical evaluation of the request for the ELP review to assess whether such request is possible or if the ELP should be informed that it cannot proceed because it is outside the parameters and protocols of SDC.
- Evaluation of the clinical implications for conducting studies.
- Participation in Call Review to give clinical support if necessary.
- Present clinical cases in the Case Review, explaining the case from its beginning and its results, giving his/her point of view thanks to his knowledge and clinical experience.
- Work closely with their manager to identify clinical study opportunities and priorities.
- Work with their colleges to proactively identify presentation and publication targets.
- Assist investigators toward dissemination of study results in scientific meetings and publications.
