**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: What you will do**:
**Technical Responsibilities**:

- Under supervision, create precise digital 3D bone models by segmenting images obtained from CT scans (2D images).
- Assist in refining and improving 3D models based on technical specifications and medical device requirements.
- Under supervision, ensure that the manufacturing files comply with the respective manufacture, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in creating prints and manufactuting files from CAD models.
- Provide support for the backup and organization of critical information used in the design of patient-specific solutions.
- Under supervision, participate in the iterative design process incorporating feedback to enhance the accuracy and functionality of models.
- Follow detailed and defined rules/instructions and make simple judgement in straightforward situations.

- Under supervision, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals.
- Contribute to project timelines, striving for efficient task execution and timely milestone achievements.

- Contribute suggestions for continuous process improvement and optimization of project workflows.
- Any other tasks that sit outside your current role from time to time to support the activities of the business.

- Under guidance, adhere rigorously to established medical device compliance standards and industry regulations.
- Under supervision, ensure all design processes and outputs comply with applicable guidelines, facilitating regulatory adherence and audit readiness.
- Complete and keep track of training assigned to all employees in the business unit.
- Basic knowledge of the product’s intended use and clinical procedures.

- Display meticulous attention to detail in all technical tasks, ensuring precision and accuracy.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: What you will need (strongly desired)**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Fundamental knowledge of CAD software for digital modeling and design tasks.
- Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to take initiative within a team context.
- Ability to Communicate basic plans and technical information to team members.
- ** Preferred Skills** / Engineering tools**:

- Basic PC skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Able to work with all levels of management.
- Ability to collect and interpret basic data and information.

- Technical high school diploma or equivalent & 0+ years of work experience
- Technical drawing degree preferred, other technical degrees considered with demonstration of other basic skills.
- English level (preferred): A2 (CEFR standard)
