**What you will do**:
The Senior Accounting Analyst is responsible for performing complex accounting tasks, including journal entries and accounts reconciliation approvals, and other accounting-related activities under CRFC scope.
- Perform Account Reconciliation for assigned entities
- Investigate and resolve unsupported balances with main customers
- Provide support to businesses on requests related to journal/recon backups
- Escalate any unusual activity or aged items to management which enables a proactive response to potential risks and related losses
- Prepare cash flow analysis and FEER reports
- Financial Statement analysis
- Prepare inventory calculations (UPI, revenue, E&O reserves)
- Drive month-end closing process and any request as deem necessary
- Control and validate WBS activity.
- Comply with Corporate accounting policies, US and local GAAP
- Performs other related work as assigned by management

**What do you need?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related field
- MS Office Suite
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus
- SAP, Oracle or QAD systems knowledge is a big plus

**Qualifications & experience**:

- 4-5 years (minimum) of relevant working experience in a finance function in a matrixed international company (preferably an American or Multinational company) with complex reporting practices and with exposure to various reporting systems
- Experience of working in a shared service center across a global /large organization will be an added advantage

**Physical & mental requirements**:

- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and multi-task
- Versatile, motivated, creative, intellectually curious, a good communicator and collaborator
- Demonstrated ability to perform consistently under varying business pressure as well as ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment
- Computer or technical knowledge
- Effective problem-solving skills
