**Job Description**:
**The Role**

Our CG studio has grown from zero to mid-size over the last 3 years, and we are still growing. We are looking for a talented and experienced CGI Generalist to help us develop the studio across a range of animation, motion graphics and vfx projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to deliver high quality work on time and on budget.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with the Head of CG, CG Leads, other CG artists, and production and agency stakeholders regarding creative and technical aspects of a project.
- Share knowledge and expertise with others in the team to help develop and push the department creatively and technically.

**¿What do you need to apply?**
- Experience in a high-end commercials or broadcast environment.
- Demonstrable creative and technical skills with a high attention to detail and aesthetics.
- A solid and versatile CGI generalist skillset across modelling, texturing, look-dev, lighting, FX/Simulation, rendering, tracking and animation - with an aptitude/specialism in at least ONE of these areas.
- A thorough understanding of C4D working across a range of projects from stylised CGI to photoreal VFX.
- Experience of Arnold and/or RedShift renderers, as well as a thorough understanding of contemporary PBR rendering techniques.
- A good understanding of compositing workflows as well as creating pre/slap comps in Nuke if necessary.
- A good practical understanding of a range of DCC packages such as: Adobe CC, Substance, Zbrush/Mudbox etc. with the ability to learn new tools on a job by job basis.
- A good overall appreciation of contemporary CGI, VFX and Post-Production pipelines and workflows

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: At learst 4 years experience in a similar fast-paced commercials/brand environment.
- Experience in working on integrated campaigns that include TVCs and Social content.
- Demonstrable creative and technical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communications skills, with the ability to present both creative and technical ideas in a coherent manner to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- A solid and versatile creative C4D generalist skillset across modeling, texturing, look-dev, lighting, FX, and rendering - with an excellent appreciation of aesthetics, composition, animation, timing, and pacing.
- Good practical experience in using the Redshift renderer in production, as well as a thorough understanding of contemporary PBR rendering techniques.
- A solid understanding of creative compositing with Adobe After Effects.
- Experience in a range of DCC packages (e.g.. Adobe CC, Substance, etc..) with the ability to learn new tools quickly on a job-by-job basis.
- A good overall appreciation of contemporary CGI, Motion Graphics, and Post-Production pipelines and workflows.
