**OBJETIVO DE LA POSICION**:
Asegurar la confiabilidad de los equipos utilizados en Abbvie y la ejecución de compra, instalación, mantenimiento y control de equipos con el fin de cumplir con los objetivos de seguridad, calidad y producción, cumpliendo con las normas y procedimientos de seguridad y ergonomía establecidas por la compañía".

Esta posición no tiene responsabilidad de supervisión, sin embargo, es posible que deba coordinar labores con persona técnico del área.

Realizar proyectos de mejora para los equipos utilizados en el área de producción.

Asesorar a diferentes grupos interdepartamentales en proyectos de mejora en todo lo relacionado a electromecánica y/o instalación, movimiento y prueba de equipos en Abbvie.

Coordinar y supervisar la instalación, movimientos y pruebas de los equipos solicitados por ingeniería de proyectos o procesos.

Cotizar con suplidores las reparaciones y compra de equipos nuevos o reemplazos.

Comunicar a las partes interesadas sobre el estado de equipos en las reuniones establecidas por producción para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos.

Revisar y aprobar los mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos de acuerdo con los requerimientos y procedimientos de la compañía.

Entrenar y Capacitar a los técnicos de mantenimiento según las competencias y habilidades requeridas por el área de ingeniería.

Ejecutar y cerrar los reportes de discrepancias y CAPA (acciones correctivas y preventivas) asignados al departamento de mantenimiento.

Controlar el inventario de repuestos periódicamente para asegurar la disponibilidad de los equipos.

Controlar las métricas del departamento de acuerdo con los requerimientos de la compañía.

Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos corporativos y legales de EHS, mediante el acatamiento de la política y los procedimientos internos. Así mismo, garantizar el cumplimiento mediante la adopción de estrategias, controles internos comunicación y entrenamientos necesarios.

**CALIFICACIONES DEL PUESTO (REQUERIMIENTOS MINIMOS)**:
**Educación y Experiência**
- Bachiller en Ingeniería Electrónica, electromecánica o áreas afines, o su equivalente en área Técnica o experiência.
- Experiência de al menos tres años en la industria electrónica y al menos dos años en la industria médica y como Dibujante Técnico (Dibujo eléctrico/mecánico).
- Conocimiento en buenas prácticas de manufactura.
