**In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better**

Contribute as the Supply Planning Leader for Image Guided Therapy - Devices (IGT-D) works on the development of short-, mid
- and long-term plans for the products underneath the IGT business group. Leading all aspects of supply planning, in coordination with manufacturing planning teams. This individual must partner with the BG and the various ISC functions to drive all aspects of supply chain performance on behalf of the IGT-D business. Bachelor's plus 5+yrs of related experience in supply chain required; Master's degree preferred.

**You are responsible for**
- Leading a team focusing on goals and communication
- Actively drives the supply side of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process providing the supply status, reviewing the demand outlook, backorder and allocation plans, and helping to create the S&OP recommendation that is reviewed and approved by the Business
- Responsible for execution of agreed-to supply plan, from end to end
- In collaboration with the Manufacturing Planning teams, creates and deploys supply and production plans aligned with Business S&OP process
- Identifies inventory and revenue risks and drives the decision-making process for potential trade-offs, including allocation of capacity via S&OP / S&OE
- Responsible for end to end product inventory performance
- Works across the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) on execution to supply plans ensuring requirements are aligned and performance is meeting business/customer/ISC expectations
- Focal point for Business/Category communication on status of supply, escalations, and allocation management working closely with Business O2F and Business S&OP leaders
- Focal point for Market communication of supply status, issues and recovery plans
- Drives continuous improvement activities in the areas of planning working closely with ISC colleagues
- Leads critical assurance of supply (AOS) projects as needed
- Oversees product transitions (ramp-up and ramp-downs), product exceptions, and critical product recovery issues
- Partners closely with Market contacts on supply status, short-term execution needs
- Manages the planning process cadence for IGT-D to maximize customer satisfaction, revenue realization and asset utilization
- Member of the EC management team ensuring a strong voice from the Integrated Supply Chain team helping to ensure focus on business growth and success
- Manages deviations to ensure clear communication, rapid execution, and timely resolution
- Responsible for defined set of performance metrics as part of daily management cadence (e.g. inventory, delivery)
- Supervises, selects, develops, and coaches global team members to ensure capabilities meet business needs in an environment where team members can excel.
- Contribute with creative ideas for process automation
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Experience (preferred)

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Bachelor/Master of Science degree in a technical or business field. MBA preferred.
- Supply Planning experience, preferably within an environment recognized for S&OP maturity
- 5+ years of direct Supply Chain related experience with proven track record in this area
- Proven track record of excellent customer and markets relationship management skills
- Demonstrated capability to lead global teams
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with various levels of the organization
- Proven track record of working effectively with Business leaders and Market leaders
- Demonstrated knowledge of Lean principles
- Proven strategic and operational thinking skills
- Ability to work in a large organization with complex and changing boundaries as well as external regulatory constraints
- Knowledge and familiarity with industry practices in the areas of Planning and Supply Chain
