**Data Analytics & Performance Specialist**

**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Data Modeling: Design and develop robust and scalable Power BI data models that accurately represent the underlying e-commerce data. Optimize data models for performance and efficiency.
- Report Development: Create advanced Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to the specific needs of sales teams. Incorporate interactive visualizations, KPIs, and drill-down functionality to enable deep analysis of e-commerce performance.
- E-commerce Analytics: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful metrics and insights. Develop measures, calculations, and DAX expressions to support complex e-commerce sales analytics.
- Data Integration: Work closely with data engineers and data architects to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce data sources into the Power BI environment. Implement data transformations and cleansing as needed.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Power BI reports and data models. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve query performance and report rendering speed.
- Documentation and Training: Document data models, report designs, and development processes. Provide training and support to sales teams on using Power BI reports effectively to drive decision-making.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in Power BI development, data modeling, and e-commerce analytics. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology preferred.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Power BI Developer or similar role, with a focus on e-commerce sales analytics.
- Excellent English skills both in spoken and written form. Minimum B2 degree of competence in language.
- Expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and M Query.
- Advanced computer literacy is required, specifically MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying mandatory.
- Excellent analytic problem solving & critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and constant change.
- Ability to prepare and present professional content to face-to-face and remote audiences.
- Ability to lead teleconferences in an international context.
