**Job Description**:
Communication Specialist

Support the internal communication strategy.

**Your role**:
Coordinate the communication operative team, implement quality control techniques, provide creative advice in communication processes, lead internal projects, coordinate activities related with the Communication Commission and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives in the communication department.

As part of the communication department will collaborate with different stakeholders from the different departments of Costa Ricas manufacturing plant.

**You're the right fit if**:
1+ years' experience in communication processes, design, photography and audiovisual production and or related field. Experience with Microsoft Office

Intermediate English level

Bachelor's degree or advanced student in Communication, Audiovisual Production, Graphic Design.
