The Data Analyst will help transform the compliance monitoring area into a data-driven capability in the context of an overall cloud technology transformation.**What you’ll do**:
- Develop dashboards and visualizations, through the use of Business Intelligence tools, to measure regulatory control effectiveness and provide visibility of risks across businesses.
- Analyze data sets to identify accuracy, completeness, and discrepancies and proactively communicate those findings to the monitoring team and the businesses to trigger corrective actions.
- Validate data sets to ensure data accuracy and to find discrepancies that would impact compliance of regulators by supported businesses.
- Understand business processes, existing controls, and technical requirements to facilitate partnerships with business owners and IT teams to better understand data sources, data integrity, and accuracy in support of compliance monitoring efforts.
- The Data Analyst will be a versatile team player, display leadership qualities, and be enthusiastic in addressing new challenges across the organization.
**What experience you need**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or data analysis field or equivalent to job experience
- 2+ years of experience as a data analyst in a data-driven or technical environment working with **SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools**
- 1+ years of experience with **process improvement and/or change management methodologies**
- 1+ years of experience with **data reporting and data visualization software**
- English Proficiency (B2+ level BELT)
