The WW Sales Management Support is part of the WW Sales Strategy and Acceleration team. This team enables Sales & WWSSA Ops teams to deliver on transformative outcomes by supporting them through best-in-class operational execution.

We are looking for Business Analyst **II** in our CloudHealth team. This role will support the overall deal cycle in the preparation & negotiation phases of an CH quote deal. You will be working closely with the Executive Account Managers, Sales Reps, Strategic Renewals Account Managers, Deal Managers & other supporting teams.

Within 90 days of employment, you will be completed the classrooms trainings for your day-to-day job and together with a buddy, who will be supporting you through your learning you will be providing your quotes and consolations to sales, account and DMT managers.

Within 180 days of employment, you will be able to work independently create new CH quoting for VMWare biggest customers and provide suggestions for improvement on overall operation processes and policies to facilitate an environment of continuous improvement.

**Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?**

Within 30 days of employment, you will be completed the classrooms trainings for your day-to-day job and together with a buddy, who will be supporting you through your learning you will be start working on some of the transactional activities (access approvals and Planning group and unique account updates) with the help of other team members. You will also be introduced to the stakeholders and the business requirements. Along with that you will be trained on the basic concepts of Account & Territory processes during the training

Within 60 days of employment, you will be able to understand the VMware Operational standard procedures, team ongoing projects and initiatives and get familiar with all line of business supported by WW SMS. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our stakeholders in some of the transactional processes like TAD, access approvals, validating account attribute updates and planning group & unique account updates based on governance by working with GEO/Regional Sales Operations and Cross functional teams.

Within 180 days of employment, you will be able to work independently and support end to end of Account & Territory planning processes which includes pre-planning, planning and post-planning activities (TAD, bulk account movements, access approvals, validating account attribute updates, Planning group and unique accounts updates, Adhoc reports, Anaplan UAT, project meetings, Anaplan PROD data readiness and updates, training and office hours to support Sales Ops teams, submission of the Realignment data to ETM/EDA/MDM-AST teams and Post go live validations).

**The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?**
- Create, manage, and revise Quotes in CH SFDC (Salesforce). Adherence to IBS metrics & agreed SLAs.
- Handling priorities/escalations without dependency
- Work cross-functionally with other teams for resolving issues
- Involve in simple & medium transactional processing activities
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) /Be a POC for all critical decision making on CH processes /implementation of new processes/changes to the existing processes/M&A's
- Participate actively / Drive steady improvements and automation of current processes/systems/procedures with a focus to drive operational efficiencies
- Develop insights on Geo/region/stakeholder group variances/requirements that helps support data-driven decision making for the leadership team
- Handle end-to-end case management/P0 management /identify potential escalations & address it on timely manner
- Understand & evaluate impact from IB process to the upstream & downstream teams such as DMT/OM etc
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as per business requirements and managements request
- Stakeholder Connect - Scheduled engagements on Issues/Escalation/Priorities etc
- Ideation - Own & drive projects /Initiatives/Solve Business Problems
- Others - Focals/Queue handling/Escalation Handling
