Intel is seeking Supply Chain Analysts to transform the user experience for all Intel shoppers as they purchase business goods and services.

**The Supply Chain Analyst (P2P) will be responsible for but not limited to**:

- Supporting direct customer requests and inquiries around PO and Invoice platform usage.
- Becoming a system expert who can diagnose customer pain points and recommend solutions.
- Developing a deep understanding of Sourcing strategies, Procurement policies, and new system capabilities and how these influence shopper behavior and experience.
- Identifying and recommending continuous improvement opportunities to enhance user experiences, including improvements to system capabilities or training documentation.
- Contributing to system documentation, training and communications.
- Strong customer orientation and experience working with partners and stakeholders to find solutions to difficult, complex problems. This role has significant interaction with internal customers and users.
- Comfortable working in fast paced, team environment and being proactive in taking initiative to address issues and meet commitments.
- Inclusive team mindset and eagerness to absorb diverse viewpoints. A joy of collaboration and team problem-solving are essential.
- Strong communication skills.
- Professionalism, solid judgement, and skills to manage sensitive and confidential information discretely.
- Detail-oriented with organized, high quality work.
- Flexibility to support occasional meetings outside of normal business hours (less than 10 percent).

**Qualifications**

Minimum Qualifications_**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field of study.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or similar fields.
- Intermediate to Advanced English communication.
- This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications_**:

- Background in Procurement to Pay (P2P) operations, Finance operations, or global customer support a significant plus.
- Familiarity with SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar purchasing platform.
