DHL is hiring an RTR Manager for, SSC Costa Rica and SSC Argentina teams. Tasks and accountabilities include but are not limited to:
**Main Responsibilities**
- To lead and manage departmental operations, capacity planning, team productivity, quality and operational KPI
- To ensure agreed Service Level Agreements and metrics are achieved.
- To manage staff development and career progression
- To manage a portfolio of process improvements and drive it through realization of efficiencies
- To lead and manage performance review with relevant stakeholders
- To drive compliance with DHL RTR Global policies and procedures
- Provide inputs for the business plan and budget of RTR departments
- Ensure IFRS accomplishment
- Build and maintain a good relationship with key stakeholders at country, regional and global level to ensure cooperation and positioning of the SSC as a professional service provider.
- Recommend process, tools and organization improvements and implement according to the guidelines set by the SMT and area Head
- Contribute in outlining strategic plans.
- Integrate service orientation in all areas of work.
- Contribute as a “Business Expert” in local/regional/global projects.
- Manage and control KPIs, performance, productivity and capacity management.
- Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department.
- Plan, organize and direct and efficient and effective functional department.
- Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members.
- Consult performance appraisal.
- Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.

**Qualifications**
- Degree Holder or equivalent in Accounting
- Strong knowledge on IFRS
- Advance MS Windows & Excel as an end user.
- Experience on productivity methods
- Experience in coaching and supervising employees
- Managerial Experience in a finance environment, preferably in a comparable position in a similar Shared Service Centre or 4+ Years in a People Management Role
- Spanish 100%, English 95%
