**Job Description**:
The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for assisting with the management of all the HR operations and strategies within a company. The HR Business Partner handles the day-to-day operations of the HR department and interaction with the company’s employees. The HR Business Partner assists with the administration of the HR policies, processes and programs. The HR Business Partner has responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relationships, benefits, compensation, organizational development and customer services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Give Concentrix’s Orientation to all new employees.
- Execute Talent Retention program.
- Perform Concentrix’s employees Round Tables.
- Administrate Suggestion Boxes and give an assertive answer to employee’s suggestions.
- Administrate “HR ON AIR” and Bulletin Boards/TV.
- Coordinate Labor Satisfaction Program.
- Administrate Birthday and Seniority celebration Program.
- Executive ER Annual Calendar.
- Receive (from Operations the requisition) and write employee warnings.
- Execute Ex-Paths Welcome Program.
- Keep track of foreign employees to see their immigration status, coordinate the authorization process to obtain their residency ID. Coordinate with the company lawyer to present all documents, legalize and delivering all papers to Immigration Offices.
- Run exit polls and keep track of inactive employees.
- Support and assist HR management in any process, project or activity.
- Support HR management with policies and procedures of HR department.

**Job Requirements**:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably with emphasis in HR or related field

Experience: 2 years HR experience

Knowledge: 85% of English Level

Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; strong customer service orientation; outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multi-task effectively; excellent judgment, maturity, and trustworthiness; independent project management
