Third Party Utility (TPU) is integral to Citi's Third-Party Management Program's capabilities by delivering common operational Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes for Citi's external and internal third party relationships globally. TPU also assists Business Activity Owner's (BAO) globally with the completion of assigned controls and issue remediation while ensuring BAO accountability for the management of their external third-party relationships.

The TPU's Book of Work is comprised of ~100 TPRM activities that are performed throughout the Supplier Management Lifecycle (Planning, Contracting, Due Diligence, Ongoing Monitoring and Termination) to support the engagement and management, of Citi's external and internal third-party relationships.

In addition, TPU is responsible for maintaining the integrated Product/Service catalog for both internal and external third-party relationships, as well as, drafting and maintaining inter-affiliate contracts supporting Citi's use of internal third-party relationships between the service providers and service recipients.

In summary, the role will manage the following key priorities:

- Oversee the Operations, Staffing, and Finance of EO&T CAO Costa Rica Teams
- Represent EO&T CAO Costa Rica in multiple Senior Forums within Citi Costa Rica
- Attract, train, and retain best in class talent within EO&T CAO Costa Rica Team
- Responsible for the Voice of Employees (VOE) Annual Strategic Plans
- Prepare Governance Meetings and Materials required for monthly touchpoints with Business Line Stakeholders

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as TPU Costa Rica Site Leader by representing EO&T CAO Costa Rica Team in CSC Costa Rica Senior Leadership Team meetings, including CSC SLT Monthly Meeting, CSC R&C Meetings, and Senior Visitors Ad Hoc Meetings
- Manage all staffing requirements for TPU Costa Rica Site (~120 Direct Staff) inclusive of Operations, Risk Management and BAO Support
- Attend senior meetings as part of the TPU SLT Team, including the preparation and presentation of materials for Senior Forums as required
- Responsible for the Voice of Employees (VOE) strategic plans defined to maintain and improve the key indicators
- Lead the communication’s strategic plans for EO&T CAO Costa Rica including verbal and written communications, local townhall, staff meetings
- Oversee TPU Costa Rica Managers of Managers to guarantee the tactical objectives are executed as expected
- Accountable for the operational execution of the Pre-Contract Due Diligence and Ongoing Monitoring processes comprised by ~45 Direct Staff
- Drive operational performance to consistently deliver timely and quality-driven results
- Define Key Process Indicators to measure quality and productivity results against set targets
- Support Global TPU Head on Business Supplier Onboarding Escalations impacting our Global Team
- Perform a Senior Lead Role in the design, development, and execution of key initiatives
- Ensure adherence to TPU's global operating model, inclusive of its process, procedures, and standards
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Actively monitor and assess staff’s development needs, implementing required training and development opportunities
- Led and implement any Ad-Hoc Project required by the Global TPU Head impacting the Third-Party Management Process

**Qualifications**:

- Seasoned professional with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Supervisory experience with 10+ years leading small, medium, and large teams in a matrix organization
- Seasoned manager of managers and ability to attract, develop and retain best in class talent
- Advanced English level
- Experience in managing global/remote teams. Strong management and organizational discipline with proven track record. Please refer to the attached job description for additional details
- Significant experience in Operational Risk and Third Party Management is a must. Other risk and control disciplines would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills - verbal & written

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Strong operational risk management skills that will enable the effective management a large global team supporting key Third Party risk management activities
- Comprehensive analytical skills to effectively dimension risks with Citi's higher risk Suppliers and determine appropriate strategic solutions to monitor and remediate risks identified. The exercise of sound business judgment is also a necessity to achieve balanced results and outcomes that yield effective Third Party risk management practices while remaining aligned with Citi's business objectives
- Autonomous decision-making skills on complex issues is required (e.g., set operation strategy and governance
