**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Engaged as an independent professional. Ability to articulate and compare alternatives approaches. Negotiate with specified objectives.
Recognize problems related to project objectives. Creativity and judgment applied to professional technical, or operational problems. Independently generates solutions, based on analytical skills & business knowledge. Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes to enhance and
improve or develop complementary adjustments /solutions.
Works on special projects, or leads small teams, or manages routine technical/ operational activities or departments (national or international). Understands departmental mission and vision. Provides advice in technical/operational domain of specialization. Generally, controls own work priorities and methods requiring tradeoffs.
**Key Deliverables**:
- Collaborate with EC Design Leads, OffB SME’s, and local in-country teams to review & help solution gap assessments
- Document technical and process (business) requirements and articulate those with the technical team - ‘business project management’
- Write and execute end to end test cases
- Document all process changes into Desktop Procedures and create process flows
- Create required training material for Offboarding team and support teams, e.g., ASKHR, HR Partners, Payroll, Mobility, etc.
- Ensure all new solution are aligned to the global template & deviations are signed off by the GPO (Global Process Owner)
- Recommendation on required staffing changes to support updated Offboarding process
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Fluent Spanish, English and Portuguese
- Project Management basics (technical expertise is not critical)
- Experience with Process / Program implementation within a region or globally
- Team spirit - collaboration
- Hands-on knowledge of MS-Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- SAF SF knowledge
- Workday HCM & Workday Payroll knowledge
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience managing projects, documentation and deployment
