We're searching for a Facilities technician, reporting to the Sr. Manager General services & Facilities who will Assists in maintenance building, provides technician support, solves problems encountered the areas and other support duties according with required to keep our buildings functioning in a production environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performs different tasks of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of the facilities and building, under the requirements and safety standards to the proper operation of the facilities.
- Documents and updates record as appropriate for keep track of and report on maintenance work performed.
- Routine inspections of critical building facilities, equipment, and systems to identify improvements or maintenance activities.
- Provide guidance to contractors and service providers performing more complex repairs and maintenance of equipment and facilities to verify that the work is carried out in a safe and high-quality manner.
- Maintain in good condition the tools and equipment used in own tasks to ensure good storage and order.
- Performs daily, weekly, and monthly activities as applicable, according to maintenance plans.

Qualifications:

- Mechanical or electrical technician
- General knowledge of plumbing.
- Two years of experience as Facilities technician
- Customer Focus
- Communicates Effectively
- Action Oriented
- Problem solving skills.
