**Overall role purpose**

As head of AMS BPO & RPA COE, within the Express Finance Organization, you will be leading the BPO (Business Project Organization) and the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) teams in the America region on their mission to exceed client expectations through streamlined communication, efficient processes, and dedication to quality. Effectiveness in this role is defined by successfully carrying out the required strategy to ensure optimization of processes, practices, policies, standards, and metrics that meet, or exceed, company business objectives.

Role focus and main responsibilities
- Define, lead, and ensure successful delivery of first-class strategy for BPO and RPA.
- Lead, develop and organize your team effectively (including measurements and KPIs).
- Maintain a high performing team with a Can-Do attitude.
- Coach and develop individuals’ skills, competences, and potential.
- Retain talented employees, by recognizing and rewarding performance through monthly development plans and annual performance reviews.
- Create an environment in which your team can deliver according to the requirements of our key stakeholders.
- Prioritize and manage clear objectives and expectations to your team.
- Ensure regular performance, feedback, reviews, and appraisals are conducted
- Communicate regularly with Country, Regional and Global Stakeholders to evaluate the performance of the team.
- Work with the Global BPO and RPA teams, Process Towers, Service Lines, and countries to identify automation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility for automation.
- Develop staff and deliver a strong succession plan.
- Manage the end-to-end software development Life Cycle.
- Understand the complexity of software and product development to advise the development team when required.
- Strong project management, able to prioritize and manage multiple portfolios.
- Ensure adherence to global governance model and best practices for building and deploying automation projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related
- Minimum5 years of related work experience, leading a team.
- Strong Leadership skills with the ability to communicate well, motivate direct reports and foster teamwork
- Service skills, ability to solve problems, stay calm and work under pressure.
- Language skills: English 95%
- Beneficial to possess experience/certifications in:

- Project Management/ deployment, Change Management, Stakeholder Management and/ or Performance Management
- PMP Certification preferred
- First-choice / LEAN / Six Sigma
- RPA
- Experience in (RPA) Robotic Process Automation and Project Management is a plus.
