What are we building?
Datasite provides powerful and innovative solutions to enable our clients to manage the most complex deals on the planet as efficiently as possible. We want to be the easiest, fastest, and most intuitive way to progress deals to a successful outcome.
The stack includes Angular and React on the frontend, with predominantly Java, Kotlin, and Node on the backend. Data storage includes MongoDB, ElasticSearch, and Snowflake.
We are looking for talented engineers to join the distributed team. This team will have many opportunities to learn new technologies and innovate on new solutions.
- 2+ years of relevant software engineering experience
- Confidence with most recent versions of Java
- Experience in Kafka and the Kafka Streams library
- Exposure to Kubernetes
- Develops clear and readable documentation to communicate technical solutions
- Collaborative with good cross-team communication skills (bilingual in English/Spanish)
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency with Groovy
- Experience in Kotlin
- Knowledge of MongoDB data structures and change streams
- Prior exposure to Snowflake and transitioning data from no-sql to sql
- An understanding of RabbitMQ
