Xeon Microprocessor Functional Senior Product

In this role you will:
- Be responsible for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp.
- Make significant contributions to design, development and validation of testability circuits.
- Evaluate, develop and debug of complex test methods.
- Develop and debug complex software programs to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment.
- Create and test validation and production test hardware solutions.
- Test, validate, modify and redesign circuits to guarantee component margin to specification.
- Analyze and evaluate component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability with specific emphasis on yield analysis and bin split capability.
- Analyze early customer returns with emphasis on driving test hole closure activities.
Autonomously plans and schedules own daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.

**Qualifications**
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork classes and project work internships and or work experience.
**Minimum qualifications**:
Coding knowledge, Scripting in Perl and/or Python.
- Strong knowledge of computer and system architecture concepts.
- Solid understanding of digital circuits, its associated test methods and fault models.
- Intermediate to Advanced English level
- **Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in logic validation and characterization.
- Fundamental knowledge of DFx including exposure to Automated Test Equipment tester platforms.
- Experience in SBFT testing techniques and tester debug using software and hardware debug tools.
- Experience in Testing Methodologies, Test content development, generation and validation.
- Demonstrated team technical leadership and demonstrated project management skills are highly desirable.
