Cisco Dcloud

**Objective**:
Be part of the team responsible for day-to-day management of the dCloud environment. You will provide operational and technical engineering support for the implementation, testing, integration, interoperability, and sustainment of information technologies comprising Cisco dCloud. You will work directly with AWS.

**Hard skills**:

- AWS practical experience in production environments (must).
- CCNP or equivalent certification (must).
- Virtualization knowledge (must).
- Full schedule flexibility (must).
- VMWare certifications (desired).
- NetApp certifications (desired).

**Soft skills**:

- Organization.
- Adaptability.
- Ability to self-manage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Data Center Infrastructure provisioning and troubleshooting.
- Updating management systems and documentation.
- Scrutinizing daily exception report.
- Managing Vmware, Netapp and Cisco Infrastructure.
- Produce High quality documentation (Visio, Omnigraffle, Confluence).
