**What you will be doing**:
Travelopia is looking for an individual that will be central to continually improving and enhancing Salesforce platforms for our North American brands. You will work with our team to collaborate on specifications based on partner requirements, validate the proposals, and deliver the solutions, keeping the wider organization’s best interests in mind when working on the specified requirements

As a Salesforce Admin you will be responsible for
- Run and maintain our Salesforce instance, including but not limited to: security, data quality, system integrations, user management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with various partners to find opportunities for optimization and improvement, and implement changes accordingly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related questions and issues.
- Deliver training and support to end-users on an ongoing basis.
- Know the latest on Salesforce releases, features, and standard processes.
- Fix and resolve any Salesforce-related issues
- Supporting the Product Owners and Salesforce Developers as needed, being available and responsive to questions

**What we are looking for**:
**Technical skills**:

- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Extensive experience on creating Formula Fields, Validation Rules, Roles, Users, Security and Sharing Settings.
- Experience in setting up Profiles, Creating Roles, Page Layouts, Org-Wide-Default (OWD) and Permission sets.
- Worked on various Lightning Aura Components And Lightning Web Components related project responsibilities.
- Knowledge in designing Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Visual Flows and Approval Process.
- Experience with data migrations and integrations.
- Experience in implementing security and sharing rules at object, field, and record level for different users at different levels of organization
- Good understanding in designing Reports & Dashboards. Hands on experience in building processes using Process Builder and Flows in Salesforce

**Personal qualities**:

- Soft skills should include the ability to understand, communicate, and present solutions to product owners and project managers or other team members as needed
- A proactive demeanor to Salesforce enhancements and designing solutions with standard processes' front of mind including creating user documentation around all solutions
- Demonstrated continuing personal/professional development
- Contribution to open-source projects, or personal projects in a good state of development
- Active in the Salesforce community
- A good work ethic, ready to absorb standard process from the team
