**Acerca de la vacante**:
**Funciones del Puesto**:

- Customer Care
- Customer service for key accounts
- Order entry and order processing (preparation of quotations, order confirmation and delivery notes)
- Deadline monitoring of customer orders
- Conducting telephone conferences with customers
- Monitoring of weekly deliveries / forwarding delivery information to customer
- Master data maintenance
- Commercial processing of complaints
- Maintenance and monitoring of forecast figures
- Support in the organization and execution of customer visits
- Improving the productivity and efficiency of all processes through systematic error analysis and continuous optimization of all processes
- Identification of error hotspots and initiation of corrective actions
- Quality Management Support
- Perform final quality release of products and documents incl. bookings in ERP System
- Document translations and transfers from English into Spanish
- Purchasing Support
- Handling of the order and delivery process from the determination of requirements to the creation of inquiries, orders, delivery date tracking and invoice verification

**Requisitos del Puesto**:

- Graduated Bachelor degree
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish(B)

**Experiência Deseada**:
Experience equivalent (business or industrial administration, industrial engineering, others)
