**About the Role**:
The Traffic Coordinator II coordinate externally and internally the shipments getting in/out of the plant. Prepare all the documentation require to ship/receive the cargo and complete the free trade zone customs clearance process, including Close/Open voyages in TICA. Take control of the electronic and physical archive (Operations Book) ensuring that is updated and in line with the Free Trade Zone Regulations. Audit, approve and resolve any discrepancy with the Supplier Billing Invoice.

**Your Responsibilities Include**:

- Monitor the shipments that are in transit.
- Issue the translation of the Commercial Invoice.
- Coordinate with the transport companies the shipments that are moving in/out of the plant.
- Coordinate the customs clearance process with the Customs Broker Agent.
- Close/Open Voyages in TICA System.
- Audit, approve and resolve any discrepancy with suppliers Billing Invoices.
- Manage the Plant Operations Book.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Technical or bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, International Commerce, or related field.
- Customer Service oriented person.
- Experienced on management of Electronic and Physical Archive.
- Knowledge in Free Zone Trade Operation and Regulations.
- English Level required: A1:(30-39%).
- At least 2 years of experience in similar position.
