**Job** **Description**

We’re looking for reliable **Remote Construction Manager** in Telecommunications Industry and with Cell Tower experience to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner.

You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects. In this role, you will be responsible for all facets of the **site construction** process which includes the coordination of site walks, review of drawings, coordination with utility and fiber delivery companies, as well as managing all construction partners/sub
- contractors.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the development of a construction strategy that includes partner selection criteria, construction intervals by municipality, utility and fiber coordination, bidding process, and other tasks as the strategy is developed
- Assist with the requirements drafting and analysis of initial Construction RFPs that will be utilized to select construction partners in given markets
- Assist with the development of construction standards
- Award jobs to construction partners which contemplate cost, crew, availability, quality of work product, etc.
- Coordinate all construction activities including site walks and inventory coordination
- Ensure that power delivery is coordinated with construction tasks
- Interface with Program management and partners to ensure project completion on time and within budget
- Coordinate with the site and project management teams to ensure timely delivery of sites
- Report project status and performance data to program management
- Proven ability to work in a matrix managed organization with program management, RF and Transport Engineering, Site Development, and Legal to achieve deployment objectives
- Ensure permits are closed out correctly
- Ensure that all close out packages are completed and accurate

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of proven working experience in wireless construction management with AT&T, T-Mobile, Ericsson, Vodafone, Orange, Dish projects
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
- PMP certification preferred but not required
- Possesses a successful track record (on-time minimize scope creep and within budget) of construction project
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
- Leadership and human resources management skills
- Previous experience with successful management of macro and small site builds, Greenfield environment required
- Capable of managing multiple projects and responsibilities, sometimes under extreme time-critical conditions
- Natural ability to work with all levels of management, staff and vendors
- Proven experience managing partner relationships
- Result focused, using energetic and positive leadership and communications skill.

**Work conditions**:

- Monday
- Friday 7 am-7pm according to EST time zone (USA). Sometimes it might be required to work on weekends (depends on the project needs)
- Salary starts from 1,500.00 $ -3,000.00 $(depends on your experience, negotiable)
- 10 days off paid by company
- Federal holiday payments (10 days)

**Experience**:

- Construction Manager: 2 years (preferred)
- Telecom: 2 years (preferred)
- Wireless construction: 2 years (preferred)
