**Sr Maintenance Technician**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review programs and daily preventive maintenance roles to take up all the equipment required for production.
- Perform in time intervals defined preventive maintenance of equipment used in Bayer Medical, according to assigned areas.
- Ensure that the equipment used in Bayer Medical is in good working condition.
- Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of equipment used in production when the equipment requires it in the least possible time and with quality work.
- Perform programming tasks and setting requested by production teams.
- Record and update the manual and digital files of any maintenance.
- performed on each team, also complete, and have available when logs reporting maintenance activities conducted request.
- Comply with the necessary documentation and a day to verify the performance of their work and department statistics.
- Provide support to the department's own work in the department, ensuring the smooth running of all operations of the plant.
- Review and keep up with the workouts assigned according to internal quality procedures.
- Keep in perfect condition and care of machines, tools, and equipment used in own and/or production activities.
- Take care and be responsible for the equipment and tools as assigned.
- Assist in the extraordinary maintenance of the rooms and/or facilities during the operation periods so defined.
- Keep work areas clean, orderly, and have satisfactory conditions of safety, including clean rooms and workshops.
- Know and comply with established standards of Occupational Safety and prevention of occupational risks, and use the personal protective equipment required and necessary that have been defined for your post.
- Report and monitor any security problem that arises or may arise in equipment or plant for the welfare of the operating and people.
- Have a deal to coordinate with peers and internal customers, respecting the opinions of others and trying to respond to requests that are presented.
- Comply with all requirements, duties, and obligations under our Quality Management System.
- Comply with the implementation of standards and occupational health programs established by the company, through compliance with those recommendations to perform the work safely and warn the company about upgrades to prevent incidents or illnesses, that could damage the integrity of employees and/or facilities and assets of the company.
- Responsible for safeguarding all documents, confidential information, equipment, tools, raw materials, products, or other assets directly related to their area of work, to avoid incidents that affect the productivity and distribution of our products and could cause an economic impact on the company or a breach with our customers, suppliers, shareholders and/or other key audiences.
- Other duties can be assigned to the employee once the corresponding training is completed.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor of secondary education completed (Indispensable).
- Electromechanical, electronic, industrial, or precision Technician, graduated from a technical high school or from the INA. (Indispensable).
- University Student in Electromechanical, electronic, industrial engineering, or related career (Desirable).
- Microsoft 365 Knowledge (Indispensable).
- Knowledge of SolidWorks, SAP, and AutoCAD Software (Desirable).
- Interpretation of Quality/Specification Drawings (desirable).
- Interpretation of Mechanical and Electrical Drawings (desirable).
- At least 5 years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing companies (Indispensable).
- Experience with manufacturing and production equipment and machines (Indispensable).
- Experience with form-fill-seal equipment.
- Experience in document handling.
- Intermediate English proficiency; oral expression, reading, and writing (Desirable).
- Focus on results using the appropriate means and resources to achieve them.
- Ability to make decisions, work focused on exceeding expectations, and be proactive.
- Look for solutions to the problems in the production lines.
- Good communication and teamwork.
