**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree Administration, Human Resources or related (or 80% -99% advance)
- 3 +years of recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting. Manufacturing, healthcare, or pharma is a plus
- English Advance /Portuguese is a plus
- Proven capability in effectively handling concurrent hiring priorities and partners at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle without impacting delivery quality and timelines
- Experience using recruiting tools such as an ATS and direct sourcing tools and techniques

**Your role at Baxter**:
You'll be on-point for the delivery of excellence throughout the hiring process, focused on larger-scale recruiting for our manufacturing sites. Your day will center around talent identification, screening, and engagement of talent aligned to manufacturing production in our facilities. To experience success in this role, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, you'll be super organized, proactive and can think ahead. You're phenomenal at multi-tasking. And, you're definitely someone that loves talking to people—for sure.
