The Impact You Will Have in this Role
As a Phase-In Phase-Out (PIPO) Project Coordinator in the Transportation & Electronics Business Group, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Leading global Phase-In Phase-Out (PIPO) and discontinuation projects working closely with marketing and supply chain
Tracking assigned tasks and associated completion dates, ensuring work is coordinated and efficiently completed.
Ensures timely and regular project communication with team members and key stakeholders.
Proactively monitors and manages the progress of assigned projects and project metrics.
Identifies risks and potential delays; assists in mitigation plans and escalates issues promptly.

**Workstream description**:
In the PIPO Team, we support Global Product Marketers by coordinating global Phase-In Phase-Out and Discontinuation projects from case creation to the project’s close. We coordinate the end-to-end process

**Requisitos**:
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
University degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Minimum of two (2) year of experience coordinating projects with multiple functions
At least two (2) year of work experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing, Commercialization or Master Data Management in a private, public, government or military environment.
Business level fluency in English

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Project Management Institute Certification.
Ability to manage and drive multiple global projects to successful completion, some complex, highly cross-functional, and long in duration.
Experience leading meetings with remote teams
Ability to facilitate plan development and task assignments.
Ability to learn and develop a basic working knowledge of Portfolio Management, including discontinuation, material set-up, and downstream front-office processes, ie bCom, listings, pricing, Sales Org extension, etc.
Ability to self-collect, synthesize data, and make recommendations based on data
Ability to self-navigate and learn IT systems
Experience using SAP
Experience with Salesforce
Microsoft Tools
