**Telecommunications Analyst - Santa Ana, Costa Rica**

From studying current telecom costs to proposing innovative solutions, your role will have a direct impact on improving service quality and reducing expenses. **Role Responsibilities**
- Responsible for coordinating and performing global telecommunications moves acting as the main point of contact between global provider internal partners and global clients alike.
- Maintain global hardware and telecom inventory, and Maintain SLA
- Coordinates new lines, network hardware installations between external partners, internal Western Union teams and vendors.
- Evaluates telecommunication costs and provides insights to the management.

**Role Requirements**
- Desirable IT experience at least 1 year.
- Advanced student of Data Engineering, Cisco, or another related career
- High English proficiency C1+ to communicate across a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Data-driven: experience with analytical tools and data analysis
- Project management skills
- Experience in telecommunications engineering, vendor management, IT Project Management, would be advantage.
