Administrar la documentación correspondiente a los reclamos que remiten los clientes, mantener el control de ingreso y traslado o devolución de manera eficiente, minimizando el riesgo de extravío o pérdida de la documentación. Así mismo se llega el control del pago de los reclamos para poder cerrarlos según corresponda.

**El Rol**:
Modalidad de trabajo Híbrido: presencial y en teletrabajo.
- Atender correos electrónicos cliente interno y externo en un plazo menor a 24 horas
- Trasladar a digitación los trámites de indemnización a incluir al sistema ACS. (según proceso establecido)
- Descargar y renombrar los trámites de indemnización de forma individual y guardar en la carpeta compartida correspondiente.
- Gestionar correcciones, ajustes u otros ante la Compañía de Seguros
- Generar y guardar en carpeta correspondiente la remesa para entrega de trámites a la Compañía de Seguros
- Realizar las estadísticas mensuales (deberá ser traslado al Supervisor los primeros 5 días del mes siguiente).
- Solicitar y brindar seguimiento a requisitos pendientes por parte del asegurado.
- Realizar las cartas de devolución o declinación de cobertura a los asegurados.
- Realizar estadísticas especiales de indemnizaciones.
