**Position Purpose**:The Human Resources Representative assists in any specific areas related to Personnel Administration activities. Generates routine reports, completes forms, and answers general consultations according to requested requirements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assists employees throughout the company with general information and questions.
- Executes several administrative processes.
- Performs onboarding tasks to have everything ready on the employee’s first day.
- Maintains the HR systems, files and tools updated.
- Archives physical and digital documents.
- Generates and delivers letters per request.
- Elaborates HR reports.
- Coordinates yearly calibration meetings
- May assist in recruiting tasks as requested
- Assists with projects as needed.
**English Level**:Advanced (C1 level)
**Education Level**:Technical degree or bachelor’s student of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering (preferred but not limited to).
**Required Experience**:0 - 1 year
