Excellent English communication skills (written & oral)
- At least 6 months experience in a previous Team Manager/Supervisor role OR 1 year experience within HBS Central Operations
- Previous Heavy-Bulky and Services (HBS) experience
- Proven experience developing talent
- Project management experience
- Ability to explain technical details in simple terms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where high performance is expected
- Ability to work and maintain effective relationships with network stakeholders and different departments
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills

The Amazon Heavy-Bulky and Services organization is looking for an exceptional Team Supervisor to support the HBS Back Office Team and improve overall Customer Experience while purchasing Heavy Bulky items.

As a HBS Supervisor your number one priority will be to support the associates who will directly report to you. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching, developing, driving performance and engagement. Your key tasks will focus around process improvement initiatives, quality, people and change management, escalations and maintaining stakeholder relations.

Key job responsibilities

You will be responsible for using quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities to improve our current processes, help your people meet the Business goals and celebrate their success, as well as constantly raising the bar

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage individual and team performance expectations and goals, monitoring real time service levels and schedule adherence, and holding the team accountable to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Manage a team of 15-20 employees.
- Monitor key performance metrics for productivity and quality and provide guidance to constantly meet and exceed goals.
- Develop employees and their skill sets to expand the team capabilities and provide growth opportunities for future Amazon leaders.
- Strive for operational excellence and process improvement. Analyze the key levers of the business to identify the trends and proactively take action to eliminate root causes for defects, as well as systemic issues.
- Experience using Salesforce & Paragon
- SQL skills, Data manipulation and analysis experience.
