Ensure the correct use of service levels and carriers.
- Communicate deviations to all parties involved.
- Provide recommendations to applicants on the best transportation options and service levels.
- Answer all queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and provide status and solutions.
- Ensure and follow up carriers so that PODs are transmitted to the system on time.
- Direct the execution of requests for "special" deliveries to clients, keep stakeholders informed.
- Management and planning of carrier capacity and communication with stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain or Customs.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Logistics, International Transport or Supply Chain.
- English language from B2 to C1.
- Intermediate - advanced management of databases, Microsoft Office 365 and Power BI.
