Our Human Centered Design Studio is a diverse team of Researchers, UX Designers, UX Architects, and Visual Designers who partner closely with Stakeholders, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineering, Marketing, and other disciplines.

We have a proven track record of delivering strong business results with key metrics to track our successes and failures.

**Required Qualifications**
- At least 7 years of relevant experience
- ** Excellent Wireframe & Visual design knowledge and experience**:

- Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns
- Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge of the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism on design.
- Ability to work with other designers, product teams, and stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet business needs and vision.
- Familiarity with the creation and maintenance of a design system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
- Familiarity with Agile software development processes and methodologies
- ** Proficiency with relevant design tools but not limited to Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc**:

- A portfolio of previous work must be presented incorporating UI designs demonstrating excellent visual design skills and best design practices.

**What You'll Do**
- Work with complex systems and provide great storytelling to build cross-functional and cross-product area alignment to bring a strategic and systems/framework design mindset to solve at scale and across Concentrix
- Collaborate with a team of designers, researchers, developer, and product managers focused on making the user experience seamless and relevant for users
- Navigate and lead through ambiguity while partnering with driven Product Managers and development leads motivated to deliver value to our users and partners.
- Taking a user-centered design approach and rapidly testing and iterating designs
- Create original graphic designs (e.g., icons, illustrations etc.)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
- Expertise with Responsive web design and mobile app
- Need to work closely with UX researcher to create high fidelity wireframes and visual designs
