**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of 3-5 quality specialists to measure and improve overall team quality metrics
- Maintain and improve the capacity model to anticipate and plan the team’s growth
- Maintain and improve RCM’s production quality metrics by implementing quality improvement projects focused on increasing customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and improve the standard times and work line balancing for the different team’s processes.
- Map, document and keep up to date all team’s process to:

- Comply with the company’s quality system
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity (Quality, Cost and Delivery)
- Implement standard work
- Eliminate waste
- Maintain and improve a problem solving roadmap, using all engineering tools. Participate in problem solving teams as required.
- Maintain and improve a process improvement roadmap, using all engineering tools. Participate in process improvement teams as required.
- Create, implement, sustain and improve new processes to enhance customer experience.
- Support the implementation of the company wide quality system with the applicable engineering tools.
- Work with operations, training and work force management to implement initiatives to improve overall quality and process performance.

Qualifications:
**It will really make us smile if you have**
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Language: Bilingual English / Spanish, English level minimum B2+ (80%)
- **Experience**:

- 2 years of process engineering experience, medical device industry is desirable
- 1 year experience in quality related positions
- 1 year experience a leadership position such as supervisor, team lead or project manager
- Experience in Call Centers is a plus.
- Leadership skills with specific examples of coaching and developing teammates
- Great positive attitude and being a team player
Experience in process improvement, problem solving, sampling plans, Six Sigma, lean tools, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability/flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment at a technical level.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
