Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Support quotes and pricing approvals
- Follow up to ensure and enable rapid movement through the sales process
- Partner with Sales to ensure opportunities are properly created and tracked in Sales for Assist in responding to RFPs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Finance, Product, etc.) to ensure deals comply with accounting requirements and internal processes
- Act as the first point of contact to coordinate, address, and resolve any tools or contracts related issues
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Sales team on deal-related matters.
- Help drive projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout the sales cycle.
- Contribute to efficient onboarding of new AEs in a fast-moving environment
- Proactively liaise with relevant Sales team members to engage on complex and/or high-value deals early.
Skills and Experience:
- Recent College Graduate with Finance degree or similar
- 1-2 years of work experience
- Ambitious and a personal drive to learn new responsibilities at a quick pace
- Comfortable working with Excel
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- A high level of comfort with the ambiguity associated with a fast-moving business, international environment, and compliance with standards and internal processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize well
- Ability to keep up with frequent changes to products, policies, procedures, and people
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment in a fast-paced environment
