**About the role**:
Provide support to the QA Laboratories (Microbiology, MTAC, Complaints)

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform testing associated with respective QA Laboratories and correctly record data, write reports, and communicate results precisely and promptly.- Knowledge in the use of measurement equipment such as vision systems, calipers, Instron, micrometers.- Participate in and follow directions about basic statistical analysis.- Experience in material drawing interpretation.- Participate in continuous improvement projects.- Assist with quality issues (such as CAPA activities), product failure analysis, and quality metrics-related activities.- Assist with audit-related activities- Assist in creating, developing, validating, and maintaining data files, forms, test methods, data sheets, test fixtures, etc..- Use documentation systems to research information and generate document changes, as well as use scientific knowledge to read and interpret SOPs and Work instructions to perform laboratory tests according to the requirements established in the lab.- Assist in material receiving, acceptance, and disposition.- Conduct materials investigations as per requirements.- Update databases and spreadsheets used to track, monitor, and report department activities.- Perform preventive maintenance tasks, classification, and organization of measuring equipment (manage supplies inventory requirements) and laboratory instruments typical of a quality assurance laboratory.- Take, preserve, analyze, and provide follow-up to laboratory samples. Use good laboratory practices to ensure the accuracy of results.

**What we´re looking for**:
- High School Diploma- A technical degree in Quality, Productivity, Calibration, Metrology or 50 % university studies in Engineering careers- English level 40%- At least 2 year of experience (desiderable)- Availability to work in Shift B (Monday to Friday from 3:30 am to 10:00 pm, and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.)
