**Visual Design Associate**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Record, verify and execute requests according to process documentation, effectively and accurately translate creative brief into a print, publication, or broadcast-ready material.
- Understand, monitor, and take proper action regarding KPIs.
- Ensure high standards in the operation and meet performance targets and SLAs.
- Support, follow-up and escalate identified issues.
- Perform quality checks.
- Contribute to process improvements, implement best practices, and identify process exceptions to maintain high standards in operations.
- Support onboarding process for new joiners (e.g. buddy role, on the job trainings).
- Participate in problem solving groups.
- Ensure 100% compliance to policy of the team.
- Ensure regular collaboration and alignment with all the other VDS team members.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Graduate of Graphic Design or any other related course, beneficial with at least 2 -3 years of experience.
- Experience in the respective process, beneficial.
- Ability to use the relevant software (e.g. Adobe software).
- Computer literacy, advanced in MS Office.
- English at least B2+; fluent in written and spoken.
- Open mind and flexibility in accepting new challenges (e.g. transitions, projects) and adapting to change.
- Ability to work independently and to work collaboratively within a team.
- High level of focus on work quality/attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to operate in a highly intercultural environment and to work in a team.
- Good customer service skills.
- Organizational skills, motivation and eager to learn.
