**Your Responsibilities**:
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

- Maintain a pleasant demeanor and attitude in the day-to-day communication and interface with customers, colleagues and managers.
- Identify and consistently resolve complex problems of end to end P2P.
- Constant success in approaching internal and external clients of the organization, both for those who raise the request for resolution of the cases, as well as those with whom we work daily to resolve them.
- Maintain control and record of cases pending resolution, ensuring compliance with the SLA
- Provide a quality service committed to the clients for whom we serve, ensuring Ensure a successful VOC result by providing exceptional service
- Maintaining a positive relationship with our Top vendors.
- Lead and participate on market Commcells by preparing beforehand and making sure that important issues in the process are raised, as well as ensuring that any opened actions are completed. Serve as back up when required.
- Carry out Supplier Reconciliations as required, always within the guidelines of internal controls and data management.
- Prioritize escalations from Top Vendors and any other issues that can have a negative impact for GSK.
- Ensure compliance to the Breakout Schedule by adhering to break, lunch and any other activity on time.

**Basic Qualifications**:
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

- Advanced career in Accounting or Business Administration.
- English Level high intermediate.
- Minimum of 2-year previous Technical Service Desk experience preferably in a P2P support center or a similar role.
- SAP P2P knowledge.
- Ability to have flexible schedule working in different shifts (Monday to Friday 6 am a 3 pm, 7 am a 4 pm, 8 am a 5 pm)
